Bow Wow Wow was founded in February 2015 by Suzanne and her former business partner, Vicky, after years of dreaming and planning. On a rainy February morning, the doors opened and it was an instant success. Featured in the local press and fully booked from day one, the business quickly grew and flourished. After the challenges of COVID, Vicky moved on to new ventures, and Suzanne became the sole owner, continuing to build the reputation and heart of Bow Wow Wow.

Suzanne’s love for animals began in childhood, from buckets of snails under her bed to naming every frog in the garden pond, but her true passion has always been dogs. After a career in hospitality that took her across the UK, Australia, Greece, and Austria, she decided to follow her dream, qualifying as a professional dog groomer in 2010.

A lifelong dog owner with a deep understanding of canine behaviour, Suzanne is committed to making every grooming session calm, positive, and stress-free. Alongside her skilled and caring team, she treats every dog as if it were her own.

When she’s not in the studio, Suzanne is a wife, mum, and devoted human to Bruce and Darwin, her two handsome black Labradors who keep life fun and full of wagging tails.
